Sourced from biodynamic farms dotting Austria and sharing distinguished terroir with some of Austria’s leading natural wines, our Pumpkin Seed Oil is made from Earth's highest quality pumpkin seed. Cold-pressed and bottled using hydroelectric energy self-produced on our milling partner's acreage, characteristically Austrian. We press our seeds raw, yielding a milder flavor suitable for modern versatility and experience of the oil in its purest form.
